Floor plan changes also consist of the removal of a banquet room. Location: 1214 Apollo Way (APN: 216-35-017) File #: PLNG-2023-0173 Zoning: M-S (Industrial and Services) Applicant / Owner: Naresh Kumar (applicant) / Gahrahmat Fam Limited Partnership I (owner) Environmental Review: Class 1 Categorical Exemption relieves this project from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) provisions. Project Planner: Cindy Hom, 408-730-7411, chom@sunnyvale.ca.gov Ms. King inquired with Cindy Hom, Project Planner, if there were any additions to the staff report. Ms. Hom had no updates to the staff report and received no public comments. Ms. King inquired with the applicant if there were any additions or comments. Alok Vyas, applicant, had no updates or comments. Ms. King opened the hearing to public comments. Project Planner: Cindy Hom, 408-730-7411, Chom@sunnyvale.ca.gov Ms. Hom requested a continuance for this project’s hearing to May, 24th 2023. Ms. King granted the continuance to the next Zoning Administrator hearing on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023. ACTION: Continuance granted for Wednesday, May 24th, 2023.
