Roll Call 2. Approval of April 14 minutes Motion by Councilor Sutherland, second by Councilor Graskey, to approve the minutes. 3. Sponsorship Applications 3.1. DSSO at Barker’s Island – Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra Motion by Farmakes, second by Councilor Sutherland, to approve the sponsorship at $500 to cover city permitting fees/expenses and the remainder to be used for other expenses. 3.2. 4th of July Parade – Superior 4th of July Committee Motion by Farmakes, second by Councilor Graskey, to approve the sponsorship at $1,000 to cover city permitting fees/expenses and the remainder to be used for other expenses. 3.3. Lake Superior Dragon Ruck – Superior Rotary Club Cadotte mentioned we are waiting on a few final pieces and recommended waiting to act on this item. Tabled until the next meeting. 3.4. 132nd Army Band Concert – Superior Lighthouse LLC Motion by Councilor Sutherland, second by Farmakes, to approve the sponsorship at $250 to cover city permitting fees/expanse and the remainder to be used for other expenses. c: City Clerk’s Office Public Access – via e-mail 4. Any other business More discussion took place regarding the Dragon Ruck event. Motion by Nelson, second by Farmakes, to signal support for the event and willingness to cover city permitting fees/expenses but to submit full application at next meeting. 5. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 3:41 p.m. The City of Superior complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
