February 15th , 2023 Special Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Chair Nelson-Kavajecz at 11:05 am on February 15, 2023 in
Government Center Room 204.

PRESENT: Carolyn Nelson-Kavajecz (Chair), Lindsey Graskey, Julie Urban, Heidi Blunt
VIRTUAL: Nikky Farmakes
ABSENT: Nick Ledin, Kelly Peterson, Paul Robinson
CITY STAFF PRESENT: Rebecca Scherf, Linda Cadotte

2 PUBLIC ART FOLLOW UP
1. Commission discussed the public art session and reviewed the summary provided by
Anne Katz of Create Wisconsin.
2. Commission discussed the next steps in the process. Commission to bring to next
meeting a draft mission statement and vision and start planning community engagement
event.
No action taken.
