Commission discussed and would like to see them in black to avoid staining. COS Scherf to prepare and send to commission ahead of next meeting. 3.2 Website Updates COS Scherf asked for suggestions or edits to updates on the website. No changes suggested. 3.3 Juneteenth Commission discussed Juneteenth event. No action taken. 4 NEW BUSINESS 4.1 Volunteer commitments Commission discussed volunteer opportunities.
