The meeting was called to order by Chair Lindsey Graskey at 1:04PM on May 13th, 2024 in Government
Center Room 204.

MOTION by Soliday, second by Ludwig to approve April 16th, 2024 minutes. Minutes filed.

3.1 Presentation from SWIM Creative regarding renewal of contract
Presentation from SWIM Creative. No action taken.
3.2 Discussion & Approval of SWIM contract.
MOTION to hold by Graskey. Second by Ludwig. Will be discussed at next TDC
meeting.
3.3 Banners
MOTION by Soliday, second by Hecimovich to pursue out cost estimates to purchase
additional Gotta Be Superior banners for downtown.
3.4 Duluth Superior Pride Sponsorship
