Submitted By: Bob Godman, Public Works

PRESENTED BY: Bob Godman
SUMMARY: At the 08/16 City Council Meeting, Commissioner Tyndall brought
forward concerns about staff postponing the Taxiway B project to next
spring. Commissioner Tyndall asked if we could combine the 2024
projects so that we would not continue to fall behind on projects.
However the plan for 2024 is to design future projects, so there is no
need to combine construction.

SUSANVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION AGENDA ITEM
Submitted By: Bob Godman, Public Works
Action Date: September 14, 2023
SUBJECT: Discussion about reducing the frequency of Susanville Airport
Commission Meetings
PRESENTED BY: Bob Godman
SUMMARY: At the last meeting at least one Commissioner complained about the
content of the Susanville Airport Commission is always repeated.
With that in mind staff would like to discuss meeting fewer times per
year. This would reduce the amount of time that employees spend
working on agendas and would make the agendas repeat less.
FISCAL IMPACT: Reduced employee costs for the Airport
