Agenda/Calendar Building This item is carried over from our February meeting. We have a long list of items to think about and/or act on. To help us get started with agenda and calendar building, Matt has done some work to categorize the work, prioritize it, and provide short descriptions. At this meeting he will share his thinking 9. Organizing ourselves for the work ahead In January we had some discussion about organizing ourselves into subcommittees or working groups to tackle some of the work in front of us. At this meeting we will discuss how this might work and what groups they might be. Matt has offered the following suggestion for your consideration: • Violation/Complaint procedures • Internal procedures (ballot intake/canvass/tabulation) • Code amendment changes • Audit procedures (documenting past auditing practicing; identifying future auditing practices, what would be appropriate for Takoma Park elections, how to implement them) • Staffing • Campaign finance reports 10.
