AGENDA 6:00 PM CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Stewart Councilmember Kovar, Councilmember Dyballa, Councilmember Kostiuk, Councilmember Seamens, Councilmember Smith, Councilmember Searcy 6:00 PM VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION The City Council will vote to convene in closed session on Thursday, September 16, at 6:00 PM to discuss matters related to collective bargaining with AFSCME Local 3399. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(9). After the closed session, the Council will not reconvene in open session.
