AGENDA 4:30 PM CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Stewart Councilmember Kovar, Councilmember Dyballa, Councilmember Kostiuk, Councilmember Seamens, Councilmember Smith, Councilmember Searcy 4:30 PM VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION The City Council will vote to convene in closed session on Friday, October 22, at 4:30 PM to consult with the City Attorney to obtain legal advice regarding the City’s audit contract with CohnReznick and 2021 engagement letter with CohnReznick. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7). After the closed session, the Council will be adjourned for the evening.
