AGENDA 5:00 PM CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL Mayor Stewart Councilmember Kovar, Councilmember Dyballa, Councilmember Kostiuk, Councilmember Seamens, Councilmember Smith, Councilmember Searcy VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION The City Council will vote to convene in closed session on Thursday, October 6, at 5:00 PM to discuss personnel matters related to the City Manager and receive legal advice. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(1) and (7). After the closed session, the Council will not reconvene in open session.
