City of Takoma Park and the related settlement. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, § 3-305(b)(1) which permits a meeting to be closed to discuss personnel matters and § 3- 305(b)(7) which enables the closing of a meeting to receive legal advice. After the closed session, the Council will be adjourned for the evening and will not reconvene in public session.
