City of Takoma Park. The roll call and vote will take place virtually via Zoom. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Maryland Code, General Provisions Article § 3- 305(b)(1)(ii) to discuss personnel matters that affect one or more specific individuals, and/or § 3- 305(b)(7) to consult with legal counsel to obtain advice regarding the audit related to Cooper v.
