Roll Call and approval of prior Minutes (5 min) 2. Discussion with the Communications Department concerning timeline and etiquette for any items shared with the public. 3. Presentations for those interested in Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary positions (30 mins) a. Volunteering for election day duties (Tuesday, Nov. 5th) - greeters, ballot box runners, etc. b. Discuss other volunteer opportunities you are interested in 4. Vote on meeting dates for the rest of the year (be sure to bring all of your conflicts!) (10 mins) a. SSL hour due date 5. Youth Council t-shirts- need sizing from new members (5 min) 6. Draft and vote to approve the agenda for the next meeting (10 min)
