Shanafelt, President of Council Donovan, Mayor Kline (Svs. Dir. Esler absent) Others in Attendance: Chris Koza Meeting Chaired by: Mayor Kline Minutes by: Karen Morgan Call to Order: Mayor Kline called the Board of Control meeting to order on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 7:48 p.m. with 4 voting members. Item 1) Approval of Minutes: Law Dir.: I move to approve the minutes from the March 21, 2014 BOC meeting; seconded by Fin. Dir. Vote to approve: 4/0. Item 2) Approval of 2014 contract with Oriana House Community Corrections as stipulated in Ord. 22-2014 Law Dir.: This is for jail services and a contract we enter into annually. There was no fee increase this year so I would recommend adoption; seconded by Mayor. Vote to approve: 4/0. Item 3) Additional Items. Item 4) Adjournment.
