Roll Call Commission Members present: Chuck Victor Richean Kuzior Melanie Bushey Dan Satterfield Ted Roy Administration present: Megan Raber, Law Director Helene Hussing, Planning and Zoning Manager A motion to excuse Mrs. Kuzior was made by Mr. Victor and seconded by Mrs. Bushey. All members present voted in favor. (4-0) IV. Approval of Minutes A motion to approve the December 13, 2023 minutes was made by Mrs. Bushey and seconded by Mr. Roy. All members present voted in favor. (4-0) V. Agenda Additions None VI. Correspondence & Communications None VII. Agenda Items a. Cases Case No. 1078 John & Eric Wheeler, applicant/owner 1033 E Howe Rd – Lot Split & Consolidation • A Variance is requested from TCO 1103.01 B - Minimum Side Yard Setback is 10 feet. • Request 8-foot variance, to allow 2-foot side yard setback. Public Hearing opened at 7:02 pm. The representative for this case, Jennifer Hostutler, was sworn in. Ms. Hostutler presented the case according to the submitted plans. Discussion Mr. Roy: Are you putting downspouts on that? Ms. Hostutler: Yes. What I have now is downspouts that go to the back of the yard into a rain garden.
