Ord. 2023-21 – Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract without competitive bidding and through the State Purchasing Program, or as authorized by R.C. 125.04(C), with MNJ Technologies for the purchase of computer equipment, software licenses, and related equipment and providing for immediate enactment. Ord. 2023-22 – Authorizing the Mayor to purchase online subscription services with Microsoft Corporation which are special in nature and not requiring a competitive bid, and providing for immediate enactment.
