MINUTES OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING May 31, 2023 – 8:00 A.M. Members Present: Chairman Jan Naso Commissioner Tom Kot Commissioner Lisa Zeno Carano Non-Members Police Chief Ron Williams Present: Captain Jeremy McGee Director of Public Service Mike Rorar Human Resources Director Jill Stritch ______________________________________________________________________________ The May 31, 2023 Civil Service Commission meeting was called to order. Minutes of the May 10, 2023 meeting were approved as published. Mr. Naso stated that there were 27 applicants for Police Officer; we had 19 of those 27 applicants complete the agility test that was held on May 20, 23 and 25. So I will move to certify the Police Officer Eligibility List including the top 15 scores of the 19 eligible applicants. Motion was seconded and passed with no discussion. Mr. Naso gave an update on the position of Police Chief stating that the top five applicants are in the process of completing the assessment center. He also asked Mr. Rorar if he had an update on the Technician position; there was none. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 a.m. An audio file of this meeting is available in the Civil Service office. Jan T.
