TALLMADGE GROW, INC A COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION Minutes for Annual Meeting February 22, 2017 at 5:30 Mayor’s Office – 46 North Avenue The annual meeting of Tallmadge Grow, Inc. was held February 22, 2017, 5:30 pm at 46 North Avenue, Tallmadge, Ohio in the Mayor’s Office of City Hall. MEMBERS PRESENT: David Kline, Mollie Gilbride, Jill Stritch, Terry Bumpas, Rita Weinberg, David Bierce MEMBERS ABSENT: Mike Carter, Matthew Draiss, Gene Stalnaker OTHERS PRESENT: Megan Raber, Chuck Wiedie Item 1. The meeting was called to order by President David Kline at 5:31 pm Item 2. Submission of Slate of Officers for 2017. Kline introduced the slate of Officers as presented. Item 3. New submission of Officers from the floor. There were none. Item 4. Vote on Slate of Officers. Gilbride made a motion to accept the slate of Officers as presented. Seconded by Stritch. Motion passed 6-0. Item 5. 2017 Conflict of Interest Statement. The Conflict of Interest Statements were distributed for members to sign.
