TALLMADGE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING TUESDAY, JANUARY 22, 2013 – 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ************** Committee of the Whole Linda S. Poinar – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Poinar called the Council Committee meeting of 1-22-13 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mrs. Ray, Mrs. Kilway, Mr. Maguire, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Stalnaker and Mrs. Poinar – present. Mr. Sarver was absent. Also present were Mayor Kline, Ass’t. Dir. of Finance Gilbride, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Public Service Esler and Economic Developer Loughry. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: This is our Committee meeting of Council where we look at the legislation that is before us. All six committees of Council will all call to order and look at their legislation. We also use this meeting to welcome any other input or conversation that anyone brings tonight. I am actually kind of impressed that on such a very, very cold night that we have such a large group of people here in our audience. So, if you are here tonight for a particular piece of legislation, I would ask that you wait until that comes up on our agenda tonight, but if you are here for any other reason, or you have a miscellaneous question to address Council; now is the time to do it. Is there anyone who would like to address Council on any miscellaneous item? No one responded. We will welcome Jerry Feeman, our County Councilman, to our Council chambers tonight and it is nice to have you here and congratulations on your re-election by your peers to President of County Council.
