Maguire – Acting Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Acting Pres. of Council Maguire called the Council Committee meeting of 5-6-13 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Sarver, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Stalnaker, Mr. Maguire – I am the acting Council President since within the last couple days Linda Poinar has resigned and so we are one Council member short. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Finance Shanafelt, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Public Service Esler and Economic Developer Loughry. Dir. of Law: Mr. Maguire, if I can just for the record note that she did turn into the Clerk of th Council a resignation that was effective on May 5 and I just wanted to put that on the record. Mr. Maguire: That’s very recent; yesterday. Mayor: Yes. COMMUNITY INPUT: Acting Pres. of Council: Is there anybody who has anything that they would like to bring before Council other than legislation that is pending tonight?
