Maguire – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Maguire called the Council Committee meeting of 10-7-13 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Stalnaker, Mr. Maguire, – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Law Raber, Dir. of Finance Shanafelt, Dir. of Public Service Esler and Economic Developer Loughry. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: At this time, anybody that would like to address City Council for any reason whatsoever may come forward. No one responded. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Pres. of Council: For the students that are here tonight, Tallmadge City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month and the preceding Monday. Tonight is our Monday night meeting and at this meeting we discuss legislation in our various committees. We are organized into six different committees and each committee will be called upon to report on any ordinances that are before them. Then on the Thursday night meeting, we will actually enact the ordinances called legislation. Are the any other announcements? No one responded.
