COUNCIL OF THE WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 – 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ************** Committee of the Whole James M. Donovan – Pres. of Council CALL TO ORDER: Pres. of Council Donovan called the Council Committee meeting of 8-22-16 to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Mr. Rensel, Ms. Tricaso, Mrs. Kilway, Mrs. Ray, Mr. Sisak, Mr. Stalnaker and Mr. Donovan – present. Also present were Mayor Kline, Dir. of Finance Gilbride, Dir. of Law Raber and Dir. of Administration Cooper. COMMUNITY INPUT: Pres. of Council: I would like to welcome the students who are here this tonight. There are not as many as I expected. Tallmadge City Council meets on the second and fourth Thursday’s of the month for the Regular Council meeting and the preceding Monday’s are the Council Committee meetings. At the Committee meetings, legislation is discussed thoroughly with Council deciding to adopt, amend, reject, hold or table the legislation. We do allow time for community input at this point in the meeting if anybody would like to address Council, please come forward and state your name and address. No one responded.
