amend rates, charges, and fees for all recrea-
tional facilities and providing for immediate
enactment.
Ordinance 40-2017 At 2nd Reading.
Declaring certain City-owned vehicles to be excess
and authorizing the Director of Public Service to sell
such equipment at public sale or trade-in and pro-
viding for immediate enactment.
Ordinance 41-2017 At 2nd Reading.
Declaring that certain City-owned vehicles obtained
through criminal forfeiture to be excess and authorizing
the Director of Public Service to dispose of such vehicles
in accordance with law and providing for immediate
enactment.
Ordinance 49-2017 At 2nd Reading.
Authorizing the Mayor to exceed a contract with DLZ
Ohio, Inc. in excess of 10 percent (10%) for construc-
tion management services for the North Avenue
Project (PID93444); appropriating additional amounts
and providing for immediate enactment.
