Kennedy Blvd., 3rd Floor Tampa, FL 33602 The City Council of the City of Tampa, Florida convened in a regular session at 9:05 a.m. on this the 3rd day of October, 2024 with Chair Guido Maniscalco, calling the meeting to order. Members present upon roll call were: Carlson, Hurtak, Clendenin, Henderson, Miranda, and Maniscalco, constituting a quorum. Viera arrived at 9:16 a.m. Invocation provided by Pastor Keith Butler, Mount Olive Church. Martin Shelby, Council Attorney, was in attendance. The minutes were recorded and prepared by Charline Soto-Quintana, City Clerk Support Technician, recording secretary for these proceedings.
