I. Roll call II. No Public Input. III. Read, review, and approve minutes from meeting of February 7, 2019. IV. RC&RB going to utility seminar in April. V. Motion to mark all roof permits complete if property has been visited in the last 9 years. Motion passed. VI. LL working on FY21 budget, will present at future meeting. VII. Reviewed abatement applications. VIII. Motion to suspend intern program for FY21. Motion passed. IX. Discussed 2nd abatement period on corrected bills. X. Motion to implement a check and balance review a week after DOR certification and prior to tax classification hearing. Motion passed. Pending: A.
