I. Roll call II. No Public Input. III. Motion to value above ground pools at $2000. Approved Vision will fix across board. IV. Vision online will not show multiple cards. Krista at Vision working on issue. V. Detached Condo Visits (ex. Matthews Landing) & all 102 cyclical should be done. VI. Review and discuss with other communities Titicut Estates Modular Park on Bay Street. VII. Mobile Home sheds investigate taxable or not. VIII. Wood decks – discuss codes and value changes with Vision Advisor. IX. All commercial abatement in Jan. 2022 must be sent a 38D demand letter. Revise I & E and make fillable online. X. Must discuss Overlay balance with Auditor during certification. XI. Nearmap @ $20,000 on track to give us double that in growth. We now have 23 users.
