Councilor Dooner stated that after speaking with Councilor Quintal, he will defer the vote at this time and allow the most senior member to take over the role of Council President. Motion was made to appoint Councilor David Pottier as the City Council President. On a roll call vote, nine (9) Councilors were present, eight (8) Councilors voted in favor of David Pottier, Councilor Pottier voted list as read. So Voted. Councilor Pottier was sworn in by the City Clerk. Communications from City Officers: NONE. Communications (rom Citizens: NONE. Petitions: NONE. Committee Reports: Motion was made for Committee Reports to be read by title and approved. So Voted. Recommendations adopted to reflect the votes as recorded in Committee Reports.
