April 11, 2017 Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier Meeting was called to order at 4:45pm Meeting minutes for March 13, 2017 accepted; motion carried 4-0. No business vouchers needed for review. Old Business Custodial services – per the Budget Director suggestion, the budget should remain as is, in the event of billed services going forward. Poll workers – remain as is per the current budget, these workers will not be added to payroll for their Election Day services. New Business The Board agreed to the purchase of the sit/stand desk riser for the office. The next meeting will be held May 9, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
