Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman, absent  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm Meeting minutes for January 23, 2018 - motion to approve pending for next meeting, motion carried 3-0. No business vouchers to approve Old Business - Budget changes based on January 12th meeting added to FY19 - Motion to table FY19 budget discussion until the next meeting; motion carried 3-0. New Business - Voter list shredding; per Secretary of State’s Office retention period is twenty-two months - Account #5599 has funds available for the cost of shredding - Motion to begin shredding voter lists beyond the twenty-two months retention period, motion carried 3-0. The next meeting will be held March 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
