Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm Meeting minutes for January 23, 2018 and February 20, 2018 - motion to approve, motion carried 4-0. Business vouchers to approve, motion carried 4-0. Old Business - Budget discussion o Poll worker fees per shift, added to budget line #5119 o Department Head will confirm with Budget department an estimate for Department Head salary; union contract pending New Business - Nomination papers certified for candidates for Registrar of Deeds, Clerk of Courts, and MA Senate The next meeting will be held April 24, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
