Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier Meeting was called to order at 5:00pm Meeting minutes for April 24th - motion to approve, motion carried 4-0. No business vouchers to approve Old Business - Nomination papers certified for candidates for Clerk of Courts, and County Commissioner reviewed (new papers received since the last meeting) New Business - Potential new user for Holy Rosary, 80 Bay St, Taunton. This may impact the next election cycle for September 4th (primary). The City of Taunton will contact the Fall River Diocese (property owners) if necessary. - The Assistant to the Board will be resigning August 24th, 2018 due to the residency rule for MA. The ROV Board will contact HR to post the position. - The Assistant to the Board will send the ROV Board an official resignation letter so the hiring process can begin. The next meeting will be held June 19, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
