Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, February 19, 2019 Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier Meeting was called to order at 4:55pm Meeting minutes for January 8, 2019 approved; motion carried 4-0. Vouchers reviewed and approved, motion carried 4-0. NEW BUSINESS Budget  Budget figures need to increase for all categories impacted by the number of elections held per fiscal year; there will be three elections in FY20  Categories discussed for the increase included, but may not be limited to, Other part-time (5119); Overtime (5130); Rental/Vehicles (5273); Custodial services (5291); Public safety (5309); Precinct officers (5317); and Advertising (5346)  Board will review adjusted budget figures, per this discussion, at the March 2019 meeting OLD BUSINESS Conflict of Interest law received and signed receipt by Board members The meeting adjourned at 5:22 pm Next meeting scheduled for March 19, 2019 at 5pm
