Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, March19, 2019 Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Bill Tranter, Chairman  Carol Welch  Roger Hoffmann  Elizabeth Pottier - Absent Meeting was called to order at 5:01pm Meeting minutes for February 19, 2019 approved; motion carried 3-0. Vouchers reviewed and approved, motion carried 3-0. NEW BUSINESS Budget  The Registrar of Voters Board reviewed the adjusted FY20 budget figures and approved of the changes made, motion carried 3-0.  Nomination Papers: Will begin in April. OLD BUSINESS 2019 Political Calendar  Letter submitted by the Registrar of Voters manager to the Mayor and City Council for acceptance of the political calendar. The City Council approved the suggested political calendar dates. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm Next meeting scheduled for April 23, 2019 at 5pm
