Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, October 22, 2019 Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Roger Hoffmann  James Clasby  Elizabeth Pottier - Absent  Carol Welch Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm Meeting minutes for September 17, 2019, motion to accept the minutes carried 3-0. Vouchers reviewed and motion to approve carried 2-0. NEW BUSINESS o A motion was made to open nominations for Chairman, F. Roger Hoffman was voted unanimously. OLD BUSINESS o A discussion was brought up to arrange the 3rd Tuesday of every month for ROV Board meeting. The meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm Next meeting scheduled for November 19, 2019
