Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, November 19, 2019 Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Roger Hoffmann  James Clasby  Elizabeth Pottier  Carol Welch Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm Meeting minutes for October 22, 2019, motion to accept the minutes carried 4-0. Vouchers reviewed and motion to approve carried 4-0. NEW BUSINESS Special Election – State Representative o Special election for State Representative seat to be vacated by Mayor-elect Shauna O’Connell.  Details pending after seat vacated for a special election Date stamp machine o Date stamp machine broke during use for petition processing o Date stamp required to properly account for receipt of materials o Board voted to approved the purchase of a new date stamp machine; motion carried 3-0 OLD BUSINESS o None.
