Registrar of Voters Board Meeting Minutes Date and Time: Tuesday, February 18, 2020 Place: Temporary City Hall 141 Oak Street, Maxham School Registrar of Voters Office, Room #4 Taunton, MA 02780 Attendees:  Roger Hoffmann  James Clasby  Elizabeth Pottier  Carol Welch - Absent Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm Meeting minutes for January 21, 2020, motion to accept the minutes carried 3-0. Vouchers reviewed and motion to approve all vouchers except one listed as “Crowd Control Pack” from Innovative Solution, LLC. Board motioned to request a list of the items contained in the crowd control pack; both motions carried 3-0. NEW BUSINESS Conflict of Interest Law o Conflict of interest package provided to Board members including an acknowledgment form to be signed by Board members. o Board members need to take the online COI test to confirm understanding and awareness. OLD BUSINESS o No old business The meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm Next meeting scheduled for March 17, 2020 at 5pm.
