In attendance: Ed Correira, John Gray, Colleen Simmons -x Li Absent: Chris Coute -D C) Also in attendance: Jay Pateakos, OECD, Dennis Ackerman, Consultant 1. Ed Correria welcomed the 2 new members- John Gray and Colleen Simmons. Ed then asked for a moment of silence for the memory of Manny Spenser. After a lengthy discussion it was agreed to approve the minutes of December 28, 2023 as a draft, and it should be noted that minutes are draft only. 2. Whittenton Urban Renewal Plan- both Ed and Dennis went over the status of the URP. This included boundary of the area, potential properties for rehabilitation development anclJor eminent domain taking. It was brought up by Jay, Dennis, and Ed that the current contract with Stantec needs to be amended. Additional requirement for MEPA have been instituted requiring a more detailed submission with the Whittenton URP. The additional cost is being worked out with OECD and the TRA, 3. Harvey Street Property Dennis gave the background got the Harvey street property. We were hoping for two lots but at this time only one lot percs. 4. Façade Program- TDI and OECD have undertaken a façade sign program for Whittenton. This program is similar to Downtown Façade Program. a) A brief discussion was undertaken with possible OECD, City, and TRA partnership. Jay will discuss ides at the June meeting. 5. Other Business A lengthy discussion was held over the best time and location for future meetings. 4pm was the most acceptable for all concerns. The TRA will continue to meet in Whittenton  6. Next Meeting It was agreed to meet on Wednesday June 26, 2024 at 4PM at the Polish American Citizens Club 7. Meeting adjourned
