A Variance from Section 6.2 & 6.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the division of one lot into two lots resulting in Lot 4B
having zero feet of frontage & lot width (instead of 150’ frontage & 100’ of lot width)
Case # 3272 Paiva 85 Viking St.
A Variance from Section 6.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a 20’ x 26’ garage having a 6 foot side setback (instead of 25’)
OTHER BUSINESS: SET SUMMER SCHEDULE – July or August meeting & re-schedule September meeting.
