Consider a motion to approve the lowest responsible telephonic/written quote as per the Borough Code, for the West Middle Street Paving Project. The following quotes were received: Stafursky Paving Company Inc - $15,148.50; Stell Enterprises, Inc - $23,298.05; Conte Paving & Construction Inc - $24,274.00. B. Consider a motion to approve the lowest responsible telephonic/written quote as per the Borough Code, for the Taylor Community Center Gym Painting Project. The following quotes were received: RSP Painting - $10,800.00; Frankie Thomas - $13,400.00; Snyder Painting - $13,610.00; Jason Rought Painting - $16,000.00. C. Consider a motion to accept a donation from Sheetz up to $16,000.00 to be used for paving of roadways. D. Consider a motion to authorize the Solicitor to prepare an Ordinance for the regulation and qualification criteria for promotional exams in the Taylor Police Department, specifically Section 3.6 of the Taylor Borough Civil Service Rules and Regulation Ordinance(s); (currently Section 3.6 has been reserved and there is no current criteria).
