onefromtheUnifiedFire Authority MayorWallcitedpotentialscenariossurrounding911calls 1857 25Mr Harry ofVECC describedissues regardingthehandlingofemergency callsand addressedquestions fromtheCouncil 1903 01MayorWallrelayedthattheUFABoardwillhearproposalsonFebruary19 2008and thenmakerecommendationstocities TheMayorstated thatitmaybenecessarytocallan emergencyCityCouncilMeetingpriortoFebruary29 roadstandardrequirementswithinLegacyVillage He notedthatCityordinance precludestheCityfrom dedicatingroadsthatdon tmeetroad standards 1912 39LynnMarsh representingtheLegacyVillageHomeownersAssociation statedthat theydonotconcurwiththeCityEngineersletter Hesaidthat sidewalksarenotsubstandard HeaskedforinputfromCouncilMember Rechtenbach 1914 58CouncilMemberJerryRechtenbachstatedthathewasservingon thePlanning Commissionwhenthisprojectwasapproved HegaveexplanationonthePUDandtheprivate roadstandards 1916 17Mr Marshcited otherdevelopmentsthatarereceivingCityserviceswhileLegacy Village isnot 1917
