AGENDA TAYLORVILLE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING MONDAY, JULY 30, 2018 CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 6:00 P.M. 1. Discussion regarding proposed Tax Increment Financial District Agreement by and between the City of Taylorville and Golden Real Estate Holdings of Illinois, LLC and Shelbyville Properties, LLC.; and any motions relating thereto. 2. Motion to adopt the Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Redevelopment Agreement for Taylorville TIF District No. 1 by and between the City of Taylorville, Christian County, Illinois, and Golden Real Estate Holdings of Illinois, LLC and Shelbyville Properties, LLC. 3. Discussion regarding proposed Tax Increment Financial District Agreement by and between the City of Taylorville and Stuller, Inc. (re Steak n Shake), and any motions relating thereto. • Per subparagraph (g) of 5 ILCS 120/2.06, this portion of the City Council Meeting is reserved for any person wishing to address the Council on any relevant subject matters concerning the City.
