Stuller Trust Motion to approve 2021 MFT Estimate of Maintenance cost in the amount of $208.950.00 Motion to approve 2021 MFT Maintenance Engineering in the amount of $7,309.00 Resolution - for 2021 Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code Motion to approve Revised PE Agreement for MFT Funds in the total amount of $209.080.00 Resolution – Supplemental Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code Motion to approve the Bidding and Construction Engineering Agreement for East Main Cross Street Improvements to be funded through the DCEO Rebuild Illinois Grant for a total amount of $115,000.00 Motion to allow Yard Heating & Cooling to replace Heat Exchangers in four(4) separate units within the Municipal Building at a cost not to exceed $8,703.39 Motion to approve the Professional Services Agreement by and between the City of Taylorville and Milano and Grunloh Engineers, LLC at a net cost of $2,500.00 to the City of Taylorville for the Administration of the CDBG Grant Agreement with DCEO Approve Closed Session Minutes City Attorney Updates  Mayor Updates COMMITTEE REPORTS Discussions and/or Motions to approve/adopt and/or deny and/or table and/or amend and/or refer to an appropriate Committee in whole or in part the matters regarding the following subject matters discussed at the Committee level: Lake/Airport – Motion to recommend to the City Council to direct the City Attorney to make the attached changes to the Campground and Lake Lot leases, including wording reflecting changes previously passed by the City Council Motion to recommend to the City Council to direct the City Attorney to remove the word “vinyl” from the current lease to allow for any type of shed approved by the Lake Superintendent Ordinance - Motion to recommend to the City Council to direct the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance to modify City Code Title 8 of Section 8-5-4 I to include the proposed modifications as presented Finance – Motion to recommend to the City Council to authorize Benton & Associates to prepare bid specifications for the demolition of 207 West Main Cross at a cost not to exceed $5,000.00, with the property owner being held responsible for this and all costs Motion to recommend to the City Council to approve the Treasurer’s Report as presented Motion to approve and/or ratify payment of bills ($240,950.00) • Per subparagraph (g) of 5 ILCS 120/2.06, this portion of the City Council Meeting is reserved for any person wishing to address the Council on any relevant subject matters concerning the City.
