At approximately 9:45 P.M., the City Council will determine which of the remaining agenda items can be considered and
acted upon prior to 10:00 P.M. and may continue all other items on which additional time is required until a future meeting .
All meetings are scheduled to end at 10:00 P.M.

1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION. The City Council will meet
in closed session with the City Attorney pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) with
respect to one matter of pending litigation: City of Temecula v. JA Plaza, LLC, et al., Riverside County
Superior Court Case No. MCC 1800578.
2. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS. The City Council will meet in closed
session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 regarding the potential master lease of portions
of the rights of way owned by the City. The parties to the negotiations for the potential master lease of
the properties are: Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless; AT&T Wireless;
and the City of Temecula. Negotiators for the City of Temecula are: Aaron Adams, Greg Butler, Patrick
Thomas, and Peter Thorson. Under negotiation are price and terms of the potential lease of the
properties.

6. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Webb Municipal Finance, LLC, to Prepare
Annual Levy Assessment Analysis
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Professional Services Agreement with
Webb Municipal Finance, LLC, in the amount of $64,168, for the
preparation of an annual levy assessment analysis and appropriate funding
from available fund balance to consulting services for Service Level C
Zones #501-529, on a pro-rata basis.

7. Approve Second Amendment to the Maintenance Services Agreement with Diversified
Waterscapes, Inc.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the second amendment to the Maintenance
Services Agreement with Diversified Waterscapes, Inc., in the amount of
$75,000, for a total agreement amount of $246,192, for lake and pond
maintenance.
