The City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 regarding the potential sale of a strip of land approximately five feet with and approximately 1,725 square feet on the parcel owned by the City located at 43230 Business Park Drive (APN 920-020-079). The parties to the negotiations for the potential sale of the property are David Wakefield, Davcon Companies, LLC, and the City of Temecula. Negotiators for the City of Temecula are Aaron Adams, Greg Butler, Patrick Thomas and Peter Thorson. Under negotiation are the price and terms of payment for the potential sale of the property.
