Minutes March 21, 2022 Next Meeting Date April 18, 2022 at Borough Hall / McCandlass Room Attendance: Alida Kratnoff, Phyllis Lin, Doreen Hawkins, Constantine Rigas, Roxana Surrey, Vanessa Semone, Kathy Kojanis, Nini Wong, Lauren Dayton Minutes Review February minutes were approved Chairperson’s Report - Roxana Surrey  The May 11 Firehouse and TVAC tour is still undecided Committee Reports Events Planning – Roxana Surrey  If the Firehouse and TVAC tour are not possible an Ice Cream & Balloons event was suggested  The New Resident event will take place on Wednesday 9/7 instead of 9/8 After some discussion the event will continue as it was in the past with a revision of how the food is served.  Back to School night 9/21, was again discussed as an opportunity to reach new residents Facebook – Doreen Hawkins  Several new businesses are following us Web Site – Phyllis Lin  The following requests were made for the Borough website: - Posting of 2021 November meeting minutes, December meeting cancellation notice and 2022 January meeting cancellation notice - Repost 2020 meeting minutes - Have an official borough email address for the Welcome! committee instead of Roxana’s private email address - Have recycling and garbage collection charts available on line New Residents – Roxana Surrey & Phyllis Lin  New Residents: November: 22  Postcards were mailed to February new residents New Business
