ITEM NO. 3: VARIANCE- 1317 North Mosley Road BOA-19-001 Applicant request a variance to the City’s ordinance located in section 28-21 (c) A two (2) foot variance to the south building line. And a twenty (20) foot variance to the front of the home, so that it may meet all required setbacks.
