Approval of the minutes of the rescheduled regular meeting March 1, 2021. (CCD) 2. Adopt a Resolution to accept the 2020 Audit Engagement Letter prepared by the accounting firm BKD, LLP. (FIN) 3. Adopt a Resolution appointing Dara Cornett to the Texarkana, Arkansas Public Employee Retirement System (TAPERS) Committee. (CCD) REGULAR CITIZEN COMMUNICATION A limit of five (5) minutes per person is allotted for citizens to express their concerns to the Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes reserved for Citizens Communication. The Board of Directors cannot respond to citizens’ concerns during this time.
