Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase one (1) 2022 Case CE 650M Dozer (TWU) Executive Director Gary Smith REGULAR 7. Adopt a Resolution approving the FY2023 Budget. Adopt an Ordinance concerning solid waste removal to increase residential rates; implement an annual CPI adjustment formula; make permanent certain temporary rates; implement a fuel surcharge; waive competitive bidding; and authorize corresponding amendments to existing Solid Waste Hauler agreements.
