Adopt a Resolution conditionally authorizing the City of Texarkana, Arkansas Public Facilities Board to proceed with the issuance of approximately $22,000,000 of Waterworks Facilities Revenue Bonds. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing the Acting City Manager to enter into an agreement for the purchase of thirty-seven (37) Watchguard Body Cameras and related software, hardware, licenses, and warranties.
