Please fill out a Citizen Communication Card with your name and contact information for the City Clerk's records. CONSENT 1. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting April 1, 2024. (CCD) City Clerk Heather Soyars 2. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to Purchase a 2024 Ford F-350 SD from McLarty Ford. (PWD) Public Works Director Tyler Richards REGULAR 3. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to purchase desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors, and their necessary accessories to be utilized by various departments of the City of Texarkana, Arkansas. (TWU-IT) IT Director Brandon Uselton An emergency clause is requested. An emergency clause requires a separate and distinct vote of the board and is valid only if there is a two-thirds vote of approval of the Board.
